Marion County Impact Fees Lowered
After paying $96k in transportation impact fees on the first two buildings in an east Ocala retail complex called Old Town Village, Ehlers decided not to pull permits on the rest of the project until the county dropped transportation impact fees on commercial construction.
Donated Youth Activity Room Opens at YMCA
The YMCA’s 1,400 square-foot youth facility was donated by Brian Ehlers of Brian Ehlers Construction Co. Inc. and Chap Dinkins of Fabian-Dinkins Construction Inc. The men donated all the materials and labor for the $100,000 project.
